Experiential workshop for exploring and expressing one’s own anger. Anger is a life
energy often referred to as: irritation, upset, peeved, pissed, raging, mad, teed off, disturbed, bothered...Learn to acknowledge that energy feeling in yourself and practice expressing it in a healthy way in a safe group setting.

Learn how to respond to the anger of others.
Practice setting appropriate boundaries.
Learn interactions which are respectful and efficient.

Anonymous, confidential, small group setting.
Wear comfortable, stretchy-fabric clothing.
Bring your own journal or use paper provided.
Light healthy lunch and snacks provided.
