energy often referred to as: irritation, upset, peeved, pissed, raging, mad, teed off, disturbed, bothered...Learn to acknowledge that energy feeling in yourself and practice expressing it in a healthy way in a safe group setting.Learn how to respond to the anger of others.
Practice setting appropriate boundaries.
Learn interactions which are respectful and efficient.
Anonymous, confidential, small group setting.
